What is Scrappy Appliqué?

Scrappy Appliqué is a fun and easy raw-edge appliqué technique that’s quick and simple to pick up, yet allows for lots of creative possibilities. Perfect for beginners and advanced quilters alike, Scrappy Appliqué transforms your scraps into unique mosaic quilts you’ll love.

During her presentation to our guild, Katie will walk us through the entire Scrappy Applique technique step-by-step and give us lots of ideas for how to use this technique in her Trunk Show.

In the workshop, Katie will show us how to turn our fabric scraps into beautiful appliqué designs. She’ll coach us step-by-step through the Scrappy Applique technique, sharing all the insider tips and tricks to create beautiful, one-of-a-kind quilts.

Because this workshop teaches a technique, you get to choose your favorite Scrappy Applique pattern. You can find links to these patterns below as well as a short video and supply list to help you prepare for the workshop.
